I can't tell if this is bad reporting or bad research.
"The more a woman exercised, the faster she was able to burn fat calories once she had switched to the high fat diet, the researchers found."
The exercise referred to was bike riding for hours. This is an aerobic activity that uses fat as fuel.
No mystery here.
Of mild interest is this, "...they switched from a low-fat diet with 30% of calories from fat..."
Is 30% of one's Calories from fat really "low fat"? I say not.
