Calcium a Dud for Averting Hip Fracture

Another sacred cow-lcium bites the dust?
"Neither calcium from food nor from supplements prevented hip fractures in men and women, and supplements may even increase the fracture risk, investigators found."
Better reconsider how much we really know about "healthy" food, supplements, etc.
