Walking speed tied to older adults' longevity

Well what do you know?
"Older adults who are able to boost their walking speed over time may live longer lives, a study suggests."
Sounds like the difference between exercise (useless) and training (useful).
"The reasons for the findings are not clear..."
Sounds like the researchers are morons. Nothing new here.
"'Further research is needed..."
Correction. The researchers are greedy morons. Nothing new here. My bad.

Train. Don't exercise.
