Not all sugars have an equal effect on obesity

Still think they know what a "healthy" food is?

What to believe? This:
"A new study suggests that consuming fructose containing sweeteners including high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and sucrose in beverages or processed food may increase the odds for a person to become obese."
Or this?

"AMA Finds High Fructose Syrup Unlikely To Be More Harmful To Health Than Other Caloric Sweeteners"

Remember, there are no "healthy" foods, only healthy eating.
