Dieters Struggle with Weight Gain During Pregnancy

Damned if you do. Damned if you don't.
"Women who diet frequently or are constantly vigilant about how much they eat may put on more weight than they should when they become pregnant, researchers found...

Women who are constantly aware of their weight and what they are eating -- dubbed restrained eaters -- may need nutritional counseling during pregnancy regardless of their prepregnancy weight, the researchers suggested."
Out of control and on a diet? You "put on more weight than (you) should when (you) become pregnant."

In control and not on a diet? You "put on more weight than (you) should when (you) become pregnant."

No one is normal anymore.

Not when they can sell you drugs, surgeries or other services.

Tough research.
