Healthy diet, exercise ward off deep belly fat

News Flash! And this is, sadly, no April Fools gag.
"People who follow a healthy diet and regularly exercise tend to have less abdominal fat, including those deep layers of belly fat that are especially unhealthy, a new study suggests."
"A new study..."

What did the old ones suggest?

Duh.

Another example of studies gone wild.
"More studies are needed to see whether there are particular components of a healthy diet, or specific types of exercise, that help reduce visceral fat, according to Molenaar and her colleagues."
And researchers gone wilder.

This is the kind of s**t that gets funded.
