APA: Choco-Guilt Tied to Eating Disorders, Poor Body Image

The only disorder here is found in the shrinks.
"Young women who crave chocolate -- and feel particularly guilty about it -- were significantly more likely to have other features of eating disorders, French researchers found.

In a study of female college students, scores on the guilt component of a chocolate-craving questionnaire were strongly predictive of eating disorder and body image dissatisfaction, reported Rachel Rodgers, a Ph.D. student at the University of Toulouse."
If you care about your body and what you put in it, that's disordered eating.

Would they say the same if people felt guilty for being uneducated?

Another reason not to trust the medical establishment.

The lunatics are running the asylum.
