What Is A Healthy Weight?

You won't find out from this article.
Although most of us would love to be given a straightforward solution to calculate our healthy or idea (sic) weight, unfortunately it really is not that black and white. Your "healthy" weight cannot simply be calculated from a general source - people's healthy weight, or ideal weight, depends on several factors, including their age, sex, body type, bone density, muscle-fat-ratio, overall general health, and height.
There is no such thing as an "ideal" weight.

There is a healthy weight, however.

That is the weight at which your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 (on a population basis).
