Poor Fitness Associated with Fatty Liver Disease

Just as with this fat kid.
"Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease might respond well to regular moderate exercise, researchers here said.

Disease severity was significantly associated with poorer cardiorespiratory fitness in 37 patients with biopsy-confirmed fatty liver disease, reported Joanne Krasnoff, Ph.D., of the University of California San Francisco, and colleagues, online in Hepatology."
It will likely not respond simply to "regular moderate exercise" but will respond to weight loss.

Moderate exercise alone will almost never result in weight loss.

Training will.

If you're gonna do it, do it right.

Otherwise, it ain't gonna work.
