Stay Thin By Reading Food Labels

Not even close.
Obesity can be prevented by reading the labels on food products, even more so for women.
You have to be able to read the labels.

You have to understand what you are reading.

You have to be able to do the Calorie math.

You have to be able to restrain yourself from overconsuming Calories.

Screw up one step and it is adios to thin.
