Appearance and performance enhancing drug (APED) use includes the use of a range of pharmacologically distinct substances and concurrent investment in outward appearance or achievement, dietary control, and frequent exercise.This is what they are bitching about.
People using APED invest in improving their appearance.
People using APED invest in dietary control.
People using APED invest in frequent exercise.
And these are indications of pathology.
What is not pathologic, then?
Apparently, cosmetic surgery, diet drugs, etc.
If you listen to the conventional stupidity, you get what you deserve.
The horrible and just plain sickening results of being concerned about appearance, dietary control and exercise (there is no suggestion whatsoever that the people in these images used APED):
