Influecing levels of gut hormones released before and after meals, may be how physical exercise helps to regulate body weight, say researchers presenting to the annual meeting of the Society for the Study of Ingestive Behavior (SSIB) that is taking place this week in Clearwater, Florida, in the US.The Laws of Thermodynamics are in control.
If there were not a single gut hormone, body weight would still, and always, go down as long as more Calories are burned than consumed.
