Daily Physical Activity Prevents Weight Gain Only in Women With Normal BMI

Which means that "daily physical activity" does not "prevent weight gain" in fatsos.

This makes sense since "exercise" is a terrible way to control weight.
Daily physical activity is associated with less weight gain only among women whose body mass index (BMI) is lower than 25 kg/m2, according to the results of a prospective cohort study reported in the March 24/31 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association. Approximately 60 minutes per day of moderate-intensity physical activity was associated with successfully maintaining normal weight.
And the normal weight women apparently "needed" 60 minutes per day.

Here are resources to understand why this "need" for 60 minutes is insane.

The bottom line is that there is absolutely no "need" for any "exercise" in order to control weight as long as one uses the much more efficient and effective means of controlling caloric intake.

Even if one "exercises" for weight loss, he or she still requires caloric intake control.

There is no way around this.
