Small sales taxes on soft drinks in the range currently in force in some states are insufficient to reduce consumption of soda or curb obesity among children, according to a new RAND Corporation study.It requires responsible parenting.
That is the real reason why this useless effort, and most others, will fail.
The only hope of success, will come from holding bad parents, i.e., nutritionally abusive parents, (in this case) responsible.
