New federal dietary guidelines released today say Americans need to get serious about eating less food and limiting sugar, salt, and fat in their diets.Duh.
The guidelines come at the same time new results complied by The University of Michigan Cardiovascular Center and published in the American Heart Journal suggest unhealthy habits, not heredity, are to blame for the increase in childhood obesity.
