Group sues Coke over VitaminWater health claims

Good.
"A consumer group said on Thursday it filed a class action lawsuit against Coca-Cola Co, accusing the company of making deceptive health claims about its Vitaminwater beverages.

The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday in U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California, comes just weeks after the world's largest soft drink maker was warned by U.S. health regulators about the way it markets a different product."
Whether they will prevail remains to be seen.

But this beverage, crap pushed by Jorge Cruise and his rapper (possibly ex-) drug dealer bud, 50 Cent (who made out like a bandit when this s**t was sold to Coke), together with the bimbos on The View, is as useless as useless gets, IMHO.

Unless you are the IMHO cons who make bucks of selling worthless things.

Then it is really valuable.

Almost no one has a vitamin deficiency and the other things in it are, at best, unproven ingredients.

If there are any health claims associated with this product, it is very likely that they are deceptive.

Save your money. Root for the CSPI on this one.
