Oprah's trainer: How not to gain it all back

Well, lookie here. It is the IMHO crook and lying thief, Bob Greene, AdipOprah's trainer, telling more IMHO lies.
"Oprah's struggle with her weight has become almost mythic--it's not just that she's been so open and honest about it, but that millions of people share her story."
The Killer Queen of daytime TV has been anything but honest. (and here, in pictures)

She has been a clear and certain liar, in my opinion.

If you read the FTC complaint I filed about her and Bobbie Boy, I believe that you will also conclude that she is, at best, a lying whore for the money. At least that, too, is my opinion.

And, it is also my opinion, that Bobby is complicit in the scheme they used/use to defraud people of their money.

If you want, read this piece of s**t article where Bob invokes the technobabble of yet unproven excuses for why people fail on crappy diets like his and Oprah's.

There is no mystery here.

The IMHO crooks Bob and Oprah advocate starvation dieting and no one can sustain that. (and see here, here and here)

Diets only succeed when people can sustain fewer Calories in than out long enough to shed the desired number of pounds.

(Whether some people offered a reasonable diet will fail remains to be seen. At least fat people should be given a chance to succeed.)

But, Bob and AdipOprah press on with their IMHO nutritional homicide (as do her other boys, IMHO), trying to execute a gullible public whose trust they have betrayed:
"So here's the good news: Instead of thinking, 'I've failed over and over again, why bother trying again?' take your relapse in stride and stay positive no matter how many attempts it takes you. Each new effort brings you closer to the one that might really work. The key is to stick with it until you achieve your weight and health goals--that's my definition of a true success story."
Let's hope for better news.

Like FTC intervention to shut these folks down.

And a good old class action lawsuit aimed at AdipOprah and her boys Bob, David Katz, Jorge Cruise, Michael and Mehmet (and see here and here) and their publishers/enablers/promoters/co-conspirators in all media forms.

And while FTC is at it, maybe it should cut the power to CNN, too, the morons that printed this drivel of a non-story which they took from AdipOprah's mag.
