"Among middle-aged and older men with type 2 diabetes, their capacity for exercise is related to their likelihood of dying over a 7-year period, according to a new study.Type 2 diabetes is fat person diabetes.
Dr. Peter Kokkinos from the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Washington, D.C., and colleagues say their findings show a strong association between increased exercise capacity and lower mortality risk."
If these people were so fit, they would likely not be Type 2 diabetics to begin with.
Still fitter is better.
And who knows?
If they get fitter enough, the Type 2 diabetes may go bye-bye.
