Sugar-Sweetened Beverages, Physical Activity Independently Linked to Insulin Resistance

More exercise for weight loss is absolutely unnecessary.

'Sugar-sweetened beverage intake and physical activity levels are each independently associated with insulin resistance–associated metabolic parameters and anthropometric measurements in adolescents.'"
Translation:

Cutting Calorie intake will do just fine to get the weight off, thank you.
