"Many heavy meat eaters believe they eat a lot of meat because of the taste. But according to groundbreaking new research in the Journal of Consumer Research, the reason that a beef burger tastes better than a veggie burger to some people has more to do with values than actual taste.""Groundbreaking?"
Hardly.
Still likely to be right.
Becoming fat is a choice as are the foods chosen to get there.
You want meat? Eat less and get less fat.
You want to change what you eat? Eat something different.
No one is stopping you except yourself.
The problem is that people's "personal values" are so low.
Even lower than the hang of their bellies.
