5 foods to maximize your muscle power

More proof that the ADA is populated with idiots, dietitians in general are misleading us and MSNBC is full of s**t.
"To keep your muscles strong and healthy you need the right kind of diet. Click on the items to see how these five foods can help you maximize your muscle mass."
The source of this drivel is "Susan Moores, R.D., spokesperson American Dietetic Association"

She is certainly an idiot. So is "Robert Wolfe, director of Translational Research in Aging and Longevity at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville" the expert quoted in this piece.

What are the five foods?

Fish, sweet potatoes, low-fat yogurt, quinoa and pumpkin seeds.

This is too obviously stupid to dwell on for very long, so just ask yourself, "How many bodybuilders and power lifters do I think eat quinoa to get and stay strong?"

If you answered "Many" or "Most" you are qualified to become an ADA member dietitian or an MSNBC employee or a staff member of Translational Research in Aging and Longevity at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

'Nuff said.
