Can you really be 'fit but fat'? Study says no

Study is pretty much correct.
"New research challenges the notion that you can be fat and fit, finding that being active can lower but not eliminate heart risks faced by heavy women."
The fit fat creature is a chimera like a unicorn, griffin or centaur.

People speak of it, but one is never really seen.
"Compared with normal-weight active women, the risk for developing heart disease was 54 percent higher in overweight active women and 87 percent higher in obese active women."
Still the study has problems.

It does not really address fitness.

It talks about health.

Fitness and health are two different, but related, things.

In any event, the point is that to get healthier through fitness, your best way is to be nutritionally fit.

That is to have a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9.

Here's how.
