Exercise May Be Needed for Weight Loss Maintenance in Overweight Women

"In addition to limiting energy intake, overweight and obese women may need to exercise 55 minutes a day, 5 days per week, to sustain a weight loss of 10% during 2 years, according to the results of a study reported in the July 28 issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine."
With 100% certainty, this is trash.

It is a 100% physical impossibility to put on a single gram of weight in the absence of overeating Calories, i.e., eating more Calories than one burns. (Except in the presence of certain rare illnesses which almost no fat people have. So stop lying, fatso.)

If one needs to "exercise" to lose weight or keep weight off, then it means, with 100% certainty, that they are eating more Calories than they burn normally, i.e., without adding "exercise" to their daily activities.

This means, with 100% certainty, that they do not have a handle on caloric intake control.

When one can control caloric intake, then with 100% certainty, one does not have to "exercise" to control their weight.

This crap research will only make matters worse as it sets an even higher bar for weight loss and weight loss maintenance than the already impossible starvation dieting the experts advocate.

This is the sick direct result of pursuing the wrong path and staying on it trying all the while to make it right.

Better to give up and start over doing weight loss properly.

Otherwise the game is the impossible one of catch-up.
