Forget this sick care garbage.
Let fat people enjoy experiencing the consequences of their actions.
Do not underwrite the costs of their surgeries, pills, etc.
Reward the fit.
Then, you will see change.
Oh yeah, and sue the scum mentioned above (and others like your bariatric surgeon) if you failed to lose weight on their programs or were subjected to needless fat-person surgery.
