It is a 100% impossibility not to lose weight if one is "eating less" (fewer Calories in than out) and "exercising more" (burning more Calories than are consumed).
(Though "exercise" remains a terribly inefficient way to lose weight. (see here, here and here))
To fail at this, you must either be eating more Calories than you are burning or burning fewer Calories than you are eating. (or burning exactly what you eat = stable weight)
There is no "secret," "surprising" or not, that can or ever will change this universal fact.
And by now it should be neither a secret nor a surprise, that you are being conned by these IMHO crooks, liars, thieves, charlatans and MSM scum.
Fight back.
Contact the FTC and file a complaint.
Remove the pollution from our airwaves.
