"People who have a large belly in their 40s may face greater odds of dementia later in life, researchers reported Wednesday.In a study that followed nearly 6,600 adults for an average of 36 years, investigators found that those with the largest midsections in middle-age were nearly three times more likely to develop dementia than those who were trimmest around the middle."
