"In an interview with Reuters Health, Melissa Miller...So this "expert" doesn't even have a Ph.D.
Miller, a PhD candidate at Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota"
Basically a grad student.
"Long-term benefits of exercise, in addition to weight loss, are increased strength and balance, and improvement in chronic ailments, including improved mental health, a sense of belonging, increased life span and overall quality of life."Absolutely untrue.
The only way one can get the "long-term benefits... [of] increased strength" is to train.
Exercise will not make it happen.
And as to weight loss.
Exercise is the least efficient way to achieve it.
Ms. Melissa Miller, MM, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, left out one "M" from her name: Moron.
