Slimming Surgery Increases Fivefold In Five Years, And Is Lowering Mortality

It is not "slimming surgery." It is malpractice.

Untrue.

It is not "the worldwide obesity epidemic has increased the number of bariatric (slimming) surgical procedures more than fivefold."

It is the willingness of corrupt sick care systems and practitioners to victimize patients and the rest of society with their deceptive, costly and harmful interventions.

"They conclude: 'In summary, there is good evidence to show that bariatric surgery is more effective than non-surgical approaches in the therapy of morbid obesity.'"
