Besides the fact that overweight/obesity are not medical conditions, how long do you think it will take for them to sort through the thousands, figure out what each does, how each interacts, how to "treat" each one "safely," how to do that for each different person since what "works" for one may not work for another, etc.?
How long?
Well long after you are sick from your overweight/obesity and dead, to be sure.
You have to be a complete idiot to expect the sick care system to solve your simple overeating problem.
